The Struggle to Find Delicious Dairy-Free Chocolate
Eight long years of prowling the so-called "free-from" aisle—aka Sad Alley—left me thinking, how hard can it be to make a dairy-free chocolate that doesn’t taste like disappointment? Turns out, pretty hard. But after two years of grinding (literally) and tweaking, we nailed it. And boom—The Undairy Co. was born. Creamy, dreamy, melt-in-your-mouth dairy-free chocolate. No milk. No compromises.
How Creamy Chocolate Won Over Everyone (Not Just Dairy-Free Folks)
Then Laura had this wild idea—"Let’s take it to the York Chocolate Festival!" We did. And guess what? Over 90% of the people who bought our bars could eat dairy. They just didn’t care because our creamy chocolate was THAT good. Turns out, creamy chocolate doesn’t need cow juice.
From Personal Mission to Chocolate Business
