Below are some common questions about our chocolate

How do you make your chocolate so creamy?

We could tell you, but we'd have to kill you.

But no, we actually tell you on our Undairy page.

Your chocolate is incredible. Are you single?

Sadly not. We are married to our chocolate.

Are your products dairy free?

Yes.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes.

I have a nut allergy, can I eat your chocolate?

Our chocolate is NOT nut free.

All our chocolate carries a may contain notice for OTHER NUTS and PEANUTS.

HAZELNUTS are part of our chocolate recipe. Meaning all our chocolate (excluding our Dark) will contain HAZELNUTS.

Our Fruit & Nut and our Chunky Nut will contain ALMONDS.

We also regularly produce Limited Edition flavours, and often use different varieties of nuts.

Please always check the label on the bar for further guidance.

I have an allergy to soya, can I eat your chocolate?

Whilst our chocolate does not contain soya in the recipe, we have not carried out the requisite testing to legally call it Soy Free.

Our Salted Caramel also carries a may contain notice for soya, as the supplier that makes the caramel pearls handles soya in their factory.

Are your products vegan and plant-based?

All of our products are plant-based, and suitable for vegans.

How long does your chocolate last?

Please check your chocolate bar for expiration information. Our chocolate will typically have a shelf life of 12 months, with the exception of our Limited Edition products.

However, properly stored, chocolate can last much longer than the Best Before we are required to put on the pack.

That said, we recommend eating the chocolate within 1 month as chocolate is actually quite sensitive to heat, odour, humidity, etc.

We recommend storing in a cool, dry place. 20-22 degrees is perfect for our chocolate! Why? Because we can't use milk, only cacao butter, which has a slightly higher melting point.

Why does my chocolate look funny?

All our chocolate is hand made, and on very rare occasions, our chocolate can have faults. We're human, so now and then we make mistakes.

It will likely be that the bar is out of temper. The bar may have 'bloomed' and may not have a characteristic 'snap' if it isn't tempered correctly. Whilst this can look a little odd, there's actually nothing wrong with the chocolate. It could easily be melted and re-tempered to have a perfect finish.

Where can I find my order information?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.

How do I apply a discount code?

You can apply a discount code either at the 'cart' stage or the 'checkout' stage of your purchase. A specific text box is on each page for you to input your discount code.

HELP! My discount code isn't working!

Before we answer your question, a few ground rules. Discounts don't stack. So if a product already has a discount applied (i.e., a subscription product or a gift box), discounts will not multiply (stack) on top of one another. We're a very small family business and sadly cannot afford to offer this at this stage.

Discounts also expire, so please check the time frame for the discount.

Sign Up discounts will work with any of our standard 95g bars and bundles, but not with all our products. Exceptions do apply, and this is often due to the cost involved in making them (i.e., Limited Edition chocolates).

Review discounts will work with almost any product on our website but you must have a valid cost, and again, discounts do not stack.

Can I cancel my order?

The sooner you let us know, the better, essentially. We will always try to process any cancellation requests we receive, but once the order has been fulfilled, it becomes more challenging.

What if I haven't received my order?

Once we ship your order, it is gifted into the typically reliable hands of Royal Mail. Though they have, on occasion, been known to miss their 'typical' delivery timescales, and in some cases lose a parcel altogether.

Shipping & Courier Information

We offer a variety of options for shipping, including 2nd Class, 1st and Express.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.

Standard Free Shipping on an order under £30 may take between 2-10 working days.

Shipping is free on orders over £30.

You can also view our Shipping Policy at the bottom of our website.

Tracking Information

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.

Orders over £30 will be sent via a Tracked service.

Orders under £30 will be sent via a standard service.

The standard service does not track the item throughout delivery, though it does confirm when an order has arrived at it's destination.
