   At The Undairy Co., we’re so confident we’ve created the creamiest plant-based chocolate that we’re putting our money where your mouth is. Not satisfied? Return the bar, and we’ll refund you.

2. Eligibility

• Applies to purchases made directly from The Undairy Co. website or our official retail partners, but claims must be made through us, not the retailer.

• Covers individual snack-size and full-size bars.

• One refund per household (we’re generous, not daft).

• Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.

3. How to Claim Your Refund

• Still not feeling the creaminess? Return at least half the bar (yes, we’ll check) along with proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or a polite note from your nan) directly to us – not the shop you bought it from.

• Return shipping is at your expense, so you might want to be really sure about this.

• Refunds are only processed for bars in their original packaging.

• We’ll send you the return address and instructions.

• Once we’ve received your return and proof of purchase, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

5. Exclusions

• Fully eaten bars (we can’t measure creaminess if it’s gone).

• Returns made after 30 days of purchase.

• Bulk orders (more than 5 bars of the same flavour) – unless you’ve spoken to us first.

6. Additional Info

• We reserve the right to tweak or cancel this offer anytime (but let’s be honest, we don’t want to).

• Refund decisions are final because, well, we’re the experts on creaminess.

• Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee – you’re still protected as a consumer.
