Refunds & Replacements

If you're unhappy with (y)our chocolate...

Drop us a line at info@undairy.co.uk and we’ll do our best to sort it. Whether there’s something wrong with your order, or it just didn’t hit the spot, we’re here to help.

If something arrived damaged or faulty...

Please take a photo of the item and send it to us before throwing anything away. We can’t assess or process refunds or replacements without photographic evidence, so it’s important you contact us first and hang onto the product until we’ve replied.

We don’t cover melted chocolate (sorry), but we do try to avoid posting during extreme heat, and every parcel sent in summer we put a sticker on to remind the postie/courier to keep your chocolate out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.

If you’d like a refund...

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the chocolate must be returned in its original condition — unopened, untouched, and ideally not half-eaten (tempting though it may be).

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened chocolate unless there’s a fault with the product.

Please note that if you're returning an item, you’ll need to cover the cost of postage. If we issue a refund, we’ll include the original shipping cost.
