Well, that escalated quickly.

Friday night we picked up a Gold at the Free From Food Awards – in confectionery, no less. Aka the most competitive category there is.

And we didn’t submit a fancy flavour either. We submitted our Original Creamy – the bar that started it all. No distractions. No gimmicks. Just us and our chocolate. And the judges loved it:

💬 "This does what it says on the tin – a creamy texture & taste is achieved. A great tasting bar."

Yup. We'll take that.

Then – because we clearly didn’t think one award was enough – we spent the weekend at the Allergy & Free From Show at London Olympia, where we somehow ended up being awarded Star of the Show for our stand.

It's one of those 'pinch-me' moments where our little family-run chocolate company from Lincolnshire was picked out by the organisers as the standout small business exhibitor. No idea if it was the branding, the chocolate, or the fact we hadn’t sat down in two days – but we’ll absolutely take it.

Most importantly though, it was brilliant to meet so many of you in person. Loads of you reading this will have come to the stand, tried the chocolate, chatted with us, and said outrageously lovely things. We appreciate every single one of you.

This was one of those weekends we won’t forget in a hurry.
Tired? Yes. Buzzing? Also yes.
Running on chocolate? Always.
