We’re Finalists in the Free From Awards – and This One Really Matters
We’ve got some big news. Like, jumping-up-and-down-in-our-aprons kind of big.
We’re officially finalists in the Free From Food Awards 2025.
Yes, that Free From Awards—the one that celebrates the best of the best in the world of free-from food. And here’s why this means the world to us.
Last year, we won our first ever Great Taste star. We entered our chocolate into the regular chocolate category—not the dairy-free one. Bold move, we know. But we wanted to see how we stacked up against the big boys. Spoiler: we held our own.
This year, we’re back in the Great Taste running and we threw our hats into the Free From ring. And now we’ve made it to the finals—going head to head with some of the biggest brands in the supermarkets.
But here’s the kicker:
We’re the only bean-to-bar finalist that actually makes our own chocolate. In our own factory. With our own recipe. Not melting down someone else’s base. Not outsourcing to some giant white-label setup. It’s just us, doing things the hard (and right) way.
And this one? This award? This is personal.
I’m dairy-free. That’s why we started this whole chocolate-making journey in the first place. For the people who were told "you can’t have that anymore." For the people who miss creamy milk chocolate. For my people.
The Free From Awards are about recognising brands who are doing incredible things in the free from space. And we’re so proud to be counted among them.
So yeah, we’ve been a finalist in the Lincolnshire Business Awards. We’ve won a Great Taste. All of that’s incredible. But this one? This is the one that really matters.
